This year, we will be offering our services all accros Europe and are doubling in size and our challenge is to offer these cutting edge technologies through the most simple, efficient and well designed product.

Weclaim also white-labels its legal claim online resolution software to major insurers to enable them to manage and process claims for their clients. Weclaim also provides an API to travel ticket vendors to automate travel claim identification.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Developer to accelerate the growth of our innovative white-label claim resolution solution / travel claim API. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager for our location in Paris. You will be part of an energetic Business Development team who takes accountability for the set up and expansion of white-label claim resolution into the European market.


About this role

The ideal candidate for this job is an English speaking sales minded person with a strong drive, who is eager to take on big challenges. Past experience in sales is required, accompanied with a network within the travel industry. Having experience in the travel / legal tech industries is appreciated.  You will be one of the ambassadors of the Weclaim brand across Europe and you will act proactively in finding new clients, expanding our network and maintaining relations with current clients and partners.

Furthermore, you are an enthusiastic networker, a hunter, who adapts easily, who is a good and worthy interlocutor for all parties and knows how to convince insurers, travel agents, ticket vendors to embark with us. You are proactive and know how to convert leads and opportunities into successes. Achieving targets gives you extra motivation and keeps you going! With your enthusiasm, perseverance and negotiation skills, you show interest into our customers.


Your responsibilities

  • Introduce and continually develop the Weclaim brand;

  • Explore new opportunities by seeking sales leads for the allocated territory and meet/exceed sales goals;

  • Support the deal process from due diligence and relationship-building, all the way through post-contract signing integration;

  • Developing and managing relationships with (potential) clients, partners and key stakeholders;

  • Propose new ideas to stay ahead of the competition and innovative in the travel claim resolution market.



  • Experience with business development and sales and setting-up or building an international client base for a fast growing company;

  • Significant experience in either the travel, insurance or claim industry - or in developing online business industry;

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business;

  • You speak and write excellent French (native) and have excellent communication skills in English;

  • Technology is no stranger to you and you quickly adapt to new technologies and applications;

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in a dynamic, intellectual, results-driven environment;

  • Personal characteristics include a strong personal drive and a high level of energy, combined with priority and project management skills.
